What a weekend!!

Friday night I took Bode out to dinner on a date while Michael went to his friend's bachelor party- we had a great time at dinner and Michael had a little bit too much fun at the bachelor party..... he was hurting on Saturday all day!!

Saturday morning I worked in Lititz- we had a sidewalk sale in town and although it was cold, we had a decent turnout. After work, we headed to my parents' house for what I thought was a birthday dinner for me and Mom and I ended up walking into a surprise baby shower!!!! I was totally surprised and so excited that no one blew the surprise- I loooove surprises!!!

SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!

I was so shocked! the presents in my hand were birthday presents for Aaron and I walked in thinking we were celebrating birthdays! I LOVE SURPRISES!!

the painful look on my face is because i drank about 20 ounces of water before driving an hour.... not a good combo when you are that pregnant!

my sister had my invitation taped to the garage door, along with a note requesting people who come bring a dinner to freeze so we have meals for when the baby comes home- what a GREAT idea!!!!! And ironically, my parents got me a chest freezer for my birthday!!!!

We got so many gifts and BGM has an entire wardrobe already at least up until she is 3-6 months old.... we are so fortunate!!

Sunday morning Micheal had a football game and they won! Bode kinda lost interest when he realized Michael couldn't hear him yelling haha. I had a great workout while all of the boys in the house slept and then I went through all of our gifts and took tags off of BGM's little clothes to get them ready to wash in a few weeks!!! When Michael woke up, he worked on the bathroom and ended up finishing all of the hardwood flooring in the bathroom, it looks great!!!! Once it is completed and the tile is grouted, I will post pictures- stay tuned!
