I have to give credit to the great Jimmy Buffett for the title- I love that song and the weather here has been less than stellar.... 14 of the 18 days in June have been soaking rainy days :( ummmm if I wanted the rain, i would visit my family in Seattle thank you very much. You can stop raining now- it's reaaaaallly old!
Besides the beautiful weather we have had (NOT) this weekend is going to be fun! Saturday morning I'm working in Lititz while Michael spends some quality time with the Bodester. Taylor flies in from California Saturday night and the McCracken family is coming to visit Chester County for a nice, long vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We can't wait to see them for sure- it's been since Maine last summer! Saturday night, Michael and I are going on a date- i know, i know I fell off my rocker too when I found out we had a night open together so we are SUPER excited. Dinner and a movie is in the forecast, along with rain I'm sure. Sunday we are going to try to go to the Wolf Sanctuary that is in Lititz with everyone (yes, one more awesome thing Lititz has that your town doesn't- HA). Glenn is obsessed with wolves and it looks like the neatest place to visit.
Monday I am actually not looking forward to, but Michael kinda is- he gets some pretty major surgery on Monday :( He is having a mastoidectomy.... a what?? A Mastoidectomy- Michael has had hearing problems his whole life- he cannot hear out of one ear and has had surgeries on it in the past but it keeps closing up. The ENT felt that if they went in again and scraped more of the bone out, this time entering the ear behind it instead of the front, they might be able to permanently open the ear canal and he will be able to hear and not need any more surgeries. I am so nervous for him, I can't even imagine the feeling and headache that will accompany his surgery- I'm sure he will be on percocet for awhile and I will take good care of my hubby, I just hope the doctors do too- please keep him in your thoughts and prayers this weekend and Monday morning and have yourself a Merry little weekend (oh my gosh I can't wait for Christmas this year)!!!! That's for you old RMS'ers on the team Moxy- don't you miss my yearly Christmas countdowns???!!?!

Ummm, your family in Seattle is currently breaking the local record for the longest DRY stretch since time began!! Okay ... maybe 33 days doesn't sound that long to most folks, but our springs are usually dampish. haHAH!
Hope Michael is still feeling ok. We are back from France. Once I get settled and caught up I'll send you an email. Lots to update on!
