Memorial Day Weekend continued....

Ok so the weather on Saturday was beautiful and we had a wonderful, relaxing time at the beach! Saturday night, we got ready and had an awesome dinner at Big Fish Grille- YUMMMOOOOO! Bode wore one of his new outfits and looked so stinkin cute of course! After dinner, we came back and hung out on the deck and waited around for other friends to show up. Devon and Brandon arrived around 11pm after going to a wedding in Philadelphia earlier that day. Nic and Lisa came down around midnight and they stayed at Lisa's parents' house in Dewey. We had a long night, but so much fun with friends as always!

After dinner, we finally got an updated family picture- YEAHHHH

Sunday was another beautiful day on the beach.... we went out and bought Bode an official baby hat from Dewey Beach so that he could enjoy a little bit of the beach without Mommy & Daddy worrying about his head burning!!










Michael took Bode home from the beach before me because he doesn't enjoy laying in the sun all day- go figure!! This is what I came home to.... do you get the pattern?? hahaha
Sunday night was fun- we grilled steaks and baked potatoes and had a nice salad.... it was nice to stay in- we were all exhausted from the night before and being in the sun all day! We hung out that night and actually were in bed fairly early for being at the beach!!


Koa got some snuggle time in with Devon, the dog whisperer!! Koa loooooves aunt Devon because she lets him sleep on her lap!!!!









Monday morning we did our usual cleaning of the house and got our stuff ready. Michael and I were leaving that morning with Matt & Ani and Devon & Brandon were staying Monday night, coming home Tuesday..... well, Monday night Brandon proposed to Devon on the beach!!!!! Of course Devon said yes, so they are engaged now- CONGRATULATIONS DEVON AND BRANDON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And then Bode got his cereal and we were on our way home!











We made it home without too much traffice luckily!
Bode was so tired from all of the action from the weekend!

The rest of the pictures are from the past few days- they are just cute after-bath pictures and pictures of him trying to eat his Wonky Wiggler toy that he LOOVES! We noticed that he is getting one of his teeth already- on the bottom... therefore, EVERYTHING goes to his mouth now- it's so cute!
