We have returned from what was a very fun weekend at the cabin in Huntingdon, Pa with the family. Jere and Cathy were at the cabin all week, Joni & Scott came up Wednesday night with Matthew and Mason. Thursday night Jamie, Matt, Makayla, Andrea, Matt, Amanda, Lisa & Nic all showed up and Michael, Bode and I followed Friday evening after a fantastic day at work- we were so buy in Lititz with the celebrations in town!!
On the way up Friday, both Bode and Koa were so exhausted- Koa rests his head on Bode's car seat, facing backwards to sleep

Saturday morning, Bode woke up to play with his new belated bday present from Nanny!! Nanny was going to get Bode a giant wagon, but ended up just giving us hers and he got a new battery-powered 4 wheeler!!!!!!!!!
He hasn't quite mastered the art of steering yet!
Saturday was a lake day- before going to the lake, i went for a run- i did a 5 mile hilly run that absolutely killed my legs!! Besides the rolling hills, the last quarter mile up to the cabin is a severe incline. i haven't ever been able to do the whole run plus make it up the hill running- but i did on Saturday and oh my gosh I'm feeling the wrath of that!!
Raystown lake is so much fun- they have a huge kids area fully equipped with trampoline, slide, etc. Bode loved playing in the water and they also have a sandy beach area

Joni & Scott actually left Saturday early afternoon to go to Pittsburgh for a wedding and they got back around midnight- we were still very much ready to party!!
Bode & his 4 wheeler.... he kept dragging his feet, so I told him he needs to pick them up- he is such a stinker!
Bode & Koa slept the entire way home from the mountains- much needed sleep for Bode, who decided he wanted to be a little monster again this weekend- go figure! We got home and Bode was outside playing while we unpacked the car.... and Koa didn't move- he looked dead hahaha
