What a fantastic weekend

We had such a great weekend!! Friday night, Michael had his softball game (makeup game from all the rain). His team won and he hit a triple his first at bat!! He headed to the mountains after his game and while my parents watched Bode overnight, I did my first jewelry party. I started selling Lia Sophia jewelry and did my first party on my own Friday night, I had so much fun! There were lots of girls there and after the party, we went out for a girls' night!! We went out dancing and had a great time, but i did not get much sleep! My parents brought Bode to me in the morning and they walked around Lititz, listened to jazz, shopped, and enjoyed our wonderful town. Bode and I ran errands, went for a walk, played a ton outside, and he was pooooped!!! This is how he fell asleep for his nap and it cracked me up- it looks so uncomfortable

Saturday evening, our friends Doug & Melissa and Erin & Justin came over to hang out and have dinner. DOUG AND MELISSA ARE PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are so flippin excited for them- she is due in October and she finds out what she's having soon.... we used to get on their case all the time to have kids, so we are so excited for them!! Erin & Justin brought their cutie pie little Nadia and it was the first time Bode and Nadia have met..... well, i think we have an arranged marriage in the works hahaha

Here is Nadia giving him kisses

We didn't get much sleep either saturday night, but Sunday was a wonderful Mother's Day!! I woke up and when Bode got up, we brought him into the room and I opened my cards and gift from my boys. Bode got me a beautiful Hawaiian flower Pandora charm that I wanted, he must have collected a lot of coins on our walk Saturday!! We met my parents and the Cohens for Brunch around 10 and got to spend time with them which is great. When we got home from brunch, Bode napped while Michael mowed the lawn and I went for a really long run with Koa- he did GREAT, besides the fact that he's kinda out of shape.... but that's no problem, he'll be back to shape in no time with this weather. When i got home, Michael and I FINALLY got to work in the yard and pull weeds, see what we have planted, and get an idea of what we want to do to start over with our landscaping!!

We headed to the Ober house Sunday evening to have dinner with them and Joni & Scott and Matt's parents

Bode LOOOVED Makayla's power wheel.... I know what to get him for Christmas this year for sure!!!!

They cruised for hours and he loved it

Mason supervising, as Bode kept trying to open the door and hang out
After Matt grilled delicious steaks, we went to Deb & Jere's house (Matt's parents). Friday night, their cow had its calf!!!

Here is Molly

and her little calf, Maggie

Maggie Moo was sooooooooooooooo cute!! She runs around the pasture like a dog, kicking her legs out and jumping

Bode was in his glory- Obers have lots of 'toys' like a dump truck, backhoe, trailer, etc.

I love this picture... just perfect!!

So I got to do all the things i love on Mother's Day- spend time with both families, run, finally work on our yard, and most importantly spend time with my boys and have a great day!!!

Michael starts his new job on Monday and we are so excited!
