Here he is in the NICU- I remember how scary it was for me to see Charlie in the incubator but I was used to it this time.

I was lucky enough to get to take him out and have some snuggle time!

I'm so proud of my sister and her beautiful family!! She is doing so well and if all continues to go well, Aaron will probably get to go home Wednesday!

Bode had his 1-year well baby checkup tonight. Everything looks great with him! The pediatrician is very pleased with his development, especially his vocab. We are very happy to hear that he is 'ahead of the game' so far! He is in the 75th percentile for length and 50th for weight.... it surprised me he was only 75th for length.. he seems so long and heavy to me!

Poor boy had to get 3 shots tonight. the first two he took like a champ.... the third one, the nurse warned Michael to hold him tight because it was one that burned and sure enough, Bode almost flung himself off the table :( it was so sad and he screamed like I've never heard before but as soon as he got his milk cup he was ok! He continues to be so much fun and we are just loving being parents, it truly is a blessing!!
