Bode got his first real haircut in a kids' salon! He was such a good boy it was ridiculous- they said he was the best almost 1-year old they ever had. He sat in my lap the whole time and wasn't really too sure what was going on haha!

Bode got to open his first birthday present!! I figured he isn't going to have the patience to open all of his gifts on his actual birthday, so he had a great time- he got his first gift from Liam and the Marrs family!!! He has yet to meet Liam, but we love the Marrs family!
At first I thought he liked the card more than his gift.....
but then he played with both- he got a hunting book called "Connor's Big Hunt"- it's a story about a boy going hunting with his Daddy- it's the cutest book

Awwweee, big boy with his first haircut...no more wings on the sides and mullet in the back?! I can't wait to give him my gift...or have Charlie give it to him since I won't be there...booohooo!
