Go Eagles!!! We had a nice weekend mostly spent at home believe it or not. Friday night we took Joni & Scott out to dinner at JB Dawson's and had a great time. The food there is always so good and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing.... it was funny though, we got sat all the way in the back of the restaurant near the kitchen.... right in the middle of about 3 tables full of kids. I never realized they designate a kid section basically hahaha it was funny- I didn't feel as bad about Bode throwing toys and yelling at everyone though.
Saturday Michael & Scott finished the basement- it's tiled and grouted and ready to be sealed!!! yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh- now we have a ton of painting to do hahaha. Saturday night we were going to have the Delinger family over, but the twins were sick and I was actually really sick Saturday too- so sick that I skipped my day of running (I know, that hasn't happened ever). I felt terrible- like I had a sinus infection and strep throat.... I tried to keep my distance from Bode as much as possible.
While Bode napped I did what I could do to help paint and at least feel like I helped do something in the basement except pick out colors!

Sunday we went to the Villanova Sports Bar/restaurant to join Michael's work fantasy football league for the Eagles game. Even though it was during Bode's nap time, he was really well behaved! The Eagles won and we can't wait til they beat Arizona and go to the Superbowl!!!!
Sunday evening we spent the evening playing with Bode and just hanging out- Michael didn't let me paint, which I'm happy about because we got to spend time together doing nothing- but enjoy each other's company..... it's been awhile since we have had nothing to do and we loved it!!
Michael put his new Christmas stuff on his bow and Bode was of course sooo curious!!
