Did you know there are roughly 37 days til Christmas.... oh my gosh I'm so excited! One of the radio stations has already started playing the music.... yeahhhhh!

Friday night Michael and I had a wonderful date- we had an amazing dinner and went to a bar for some drinks before returning to my parents' house. Bode slept in Saturday morning but Michael was up bright and early to go hunting. He saw lots of deer, but they were all illegal to shoot and it was pouring rain and lightning.... sitting in a tree isn't too smart with lightning, so he came home early.... at least he saw deer though.

Saturday morning we left for the city and went to Charlie's birthday party at the fire house- how neat!!

They had Alex dress up in all of the gear- which was fine until he put the mask on- Charlie did NOT like it at all. They taught the kids about safety and taught them to run towards fireman if they see them, not away

We got back home around 4pm on Saturday and then freshened up and headed to Leo's surprise 70th birthday party! It was so nice to see everyone and wish Leo a happy birthday

And then Cathy worked her magic and he was fast asleep in no time!
Sunday morning I was up bright and early and Hope, Lisa, and I left around 7am to go work!! We worked all day and had a blast while getting a lot done- can't beat that! We planned on leaving around 4pm and Michael and I had to get groceries and I was excited to relax at home.... until we got a phone call!!!
Suzy and Rich had Flyers tickets they wanted to give us for Sunday night's game against Atlanta.... 7 rows up behind the net......... ahhhhhhhhhhhh can't beat that!! So we left the shop around 3 and Bode went to Joni's house since she has him Monday for daycare anyway (thank you so much for watching him). Michael and I left around 4:30 to go back to chester county, drop our bags and Koa off with my parents, grabbed a quick bite to eat and then headed to Philly for the 7pm game!

So we had a busy weekend but as usual, so much fun!! Who knows what's in store for us this week! This weekend Michael and I don't have plans really- we planned to relax and maybe work on the house a little.... but we'll see haha!
